Christine Topoulos is Managing Partner, Finance Specialists Group LLC and has
over 25 years in the international finance arena. Her background includes banking,
industry, government and consulting assignments.
Ms. Topoulos spent five years as Special Assistant to the Chairman of the Export-Import
Bank of the United States helping reshape the direction of the Bank from public
sector lending to private sector balance sheet financing, cash flow project lending
and small business development.
She also has over 15 years of international banking in such organizations as
Citicorp/Citibank, National Westminster Bank, and SunTrust Bank. At Citicorp,
she managed the Structured Trade Finance Unit, reorganizing and refocusing efforts
on major project and aircraft lending. As a result of these efforts, Citibank
was raised to #1 on Ex-Im Bank's league table in terms of the total dollar value
of transactions completed.
Ms. Topoulos spent almost 9 years in the construction equipment industry (Koehring
Company and Fiat-Allis North America,Inc.), creating export financing solutions
for distributors and customers in emerging markets worldwide.
Ms. Topoulos holds an MBA in International Finance from Thunderbird, The American
Graduate School of International Management, Glendale, AZ, and a Bachelor of
Arts in International Studies from Bradley University, Peoria, IL.
She currently resides in Atlanta, GA where she focuses on helping banks, exporters
and investors throughout the U.S. with their international needs.
